NeetCrackers is run by a passionate team of educators, developers, and former NEET aspirants who believe that every student in India deserves access to quality preparation material — regardless of whether they can afford expensive coaching institutes or not.

Our team works tirelessly to create accurate, up-to-date, and student-friendly content across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. We understand the pressure that comes with NEET preparation because many of us have been through it ourselves. We are a small but deeply committed team. Error Reporting

One of the most valuable things a student can do for the entire NeetCrackers community is report an error. If you find a wrong answer, an incorrect explanation, a typo in a formula, or a question that seems to be from the wrong topic — please report it. Our team reviews every report seriously and makes corrections promptly. Your report could prevent hundreds of other students from learning the wrong thing.

Content Suggestions

Students often write to us suggesting topics they wish we had covered more thoroughly, chapters they feel need better explanations, or question types that are not adequately represented in our PYQ bank. We take every suggestion seriously. Many of the content additions we have made in the past were directly inspired by student feedback. Your voice shapes this platform.

Doubt Clearing

While we are not a live tutoring service, we understand that students sometimes need help understanding a specific concept or solution explanation that our platform has presented. Once our community and support channels are live, we aim to provide a space where such doubts can be addressed by our team and by fellow students who have mastered the topic.

When our contact channels go live, we want to make sure every message we receive gets resolved as quickly and accurately as possible. Here is a guide on how to write an effective message to the NeetCrackers team so that we can help you better:

For Error Reports

• Mention the subject (Physics / Chemistry / Biology)
• Mention the chapter name and question number if applicable
• Describe clearly what you think is wrong and what you believe the correct information should be
• Provide a reference — for example, cite the NCERT page number or NTA answer key if available
• Include a screenshot if possible — this speeds up our investigation significantly

For Content Suggestions

• Tell us which chapter or topic you feel needs more coverage
• Describe what is currently missing — is it theory, practice questions, formula sheets, or memory aids?
• Let us know your exam preparation stage so we can prioritise appropriately

For Technical Issues

• Describe the issue clearly — what happened, what you expected to happen
• Tell us which device and browser you were using
• Mention which page the issue occurred on
• If possible, include a screenshot of the error or unexpected behaviour

⏱️ Our Commitment to Response Times

We understand that students preparing for NEET are under time pressure. A doubt that remains unanswered for days can affect your revision schedule and confidence. That is why we are committed to the following response time standards once our contact channels are operational:

• Error Reports: We aim to acknowledge error reports within 24 hours and publish corrections within 72 hours of verification
• General Queries: We aim to respond to general queries within 48 hours on business days
• Technical Issues: Critical technical issues affecting platform functionality will be investigated within 24 hours
• Collaboration Enquiries: We aim to send an initial response to collaboration proposals within 5 business days
• Media Enquiries: Press and media enquiries will be responded to within 3 business days

Please note that during peak examination periods — particularly in the months leading up to NEET — our team receives a significantly higher volume of messages. During these periods, response times may be slightly longer than usual, but we will always strive to acknowledge your message as quickly as possible.

🚫 What We Cannot Help With

In the interest of transparency and managing expectations, we want to be clear about the kinds of support NeetCrackers is not able to provide, even after all our contact channels go live:

• Live one-on-one tutoring: We are a content platform, not a tutoring service. We cannot provide personalised live teaching sessions.
• Official exam information: We cannot tell you your official NEET rank, score, admit card status, or counselling eligibility. These must be obtained from NTA directly.
• Medical advice: We cannot advise on health, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified doctor.
• Legal advice: We cannot advise on legal matters related to admission disputes, reservation cases, or any legal proceedings.
• College admission assistance: We cannot help with applications, document verification, or direct counselling. Please refer to MCC and state counselling portals.
• Guaranteed answers to exam questions: We cannot predict what questions will appear in NEET. Anyone claiming to do so is misleading students.
• Evaluation of student answer sheets: We do not offer answer checking, marking, or personalised performance analysis services at this time.

We know this list may be disappointing, but we believe it is better to be honest about our limitations than to overpromise and underdeliver. Our focus is on providing the best possible free study content and support within our scope, and we do that with full dedication.
